The Vitamix Pro 750 is a blender with five program settings and hands-on controls — for anyone who blends every day and prefers a speed dial over a touchscreen.

A speed dial in the middle, two toggle switches on the left and right, plus a real on/off switch with splash protection: the controls work reliably even with wet or floury hands. The five programs cover Smoothies, Frozen Desserts, Hot Soups, Purée, and Self-Cleaning — for everything in between, you have variable speed control from 1 to 10 and the Pulse feature. You get it from Vitamix Europe as the official distributor, and it comes with a 7-year manufacturer's warranty for household use.

Your benefits

  • 5 program settings: Smoothies, Frozen Desserts, Hot Soups, Purée, and Self-Cleaning run fully automatically.
  • Hands-on controls: speed dial, toggle switches, and a real on/off switch — no touchscreen.
  • Pulse with control: works at the speed you've selected on the dial, not at maximum.
  • 2.0 L low-profile Classic container: low-profile shape, fits under standard kitchen cabinets.
  • 7-year manufacturer's warranty for household use on the motor.

How you operate it

Left for the professionals, right for the artists — the speed dial in the middle splits the Pro 750's world into two halves. Turn left to choose one of five programs (Smoothie, Frozen Dessert, Hot Soup, Purée, Self-Cleaning), which then run fully automatically: press start, and the blender does the rest. Turn right to control it yourself, with variable speed from 1 to 10. The Pulse switch on the left always works at the speed you've set on the dial — not at maximum. That's not less power, it's more control: it lets you chop firm ingredients with precision or portion frozen fruit without starting at full throttle. A real on/off switch makes sure the machine only works when you want it to.

Vitamix Classic container 2.0 L low-profile

The 2.0-litre low-profile container is made of Tritan, is BPA-free, and is heat-resistant up to 100 °C. A wide base and four long blades create the vortex that keeps pulling ingredients back down — the foundation for creamy smoothies. The low-profile shape fits under standard kitchen cabinets. The minimum quantity is approx. 500 ml for liquids and approx. 800 ml for solids. The container uses the classic mount system (Classic) — no SELF-DETECT, no Interlock.

Who it's for

The Pro 750 is a good fit if you blend green smoothies, soups, and frozen desserts every day and don't want to deal with timing — press start, done. Internationally, the model is also known as the Vitamix Professional Series 750: the same machine, with an identical Classic mount system and 2.0-litre container. The housing is available in Pearl Gray.

Not sure if the Pro 750 is the right choice?

The Pro 750 has five programs like the A3500i, but a speed dial instead of a touchscreen and a Classic container instead of Interlock: Pro 750 vs. A3500i. Against the largest Explorian: Pro 750 vs. E520. Starting from scratch: find the right model in three steps.

The motor carries a 7-year manufacturer's warranty for household use; your statutory rights remain unaffected (warranty terms).

FAQs

  • Which containers fit the Vitamix Pro 750?
The Vitamix Pro 750 uses the Classic mount system. The Classic container 2.0 L Low-Profile is included in the box. Also compatible are all other Classic-mount containers from the Vitamix range (e.g. Classic container 1.4 L, 0.9-litre dry grains container, Aer Disc container Classic). The Interlock containers (2.0 L, 1.4 L, dry grains, Aer Disc) do NOT fit the Pro 750 — they are intended exclusively for the Ascent series A2500i and A3500i.
  • What sets the Vitamix Pro 750 apart from the Ascent series (A2500i, A3500i)?
All three blenders have a 1,200–1,400 W motor. The difference lies in the container system, programs, and warranty: the Pro 750 uses Classic containers (no SELF-DETECT, no Interlock lid detection) and has five preset programs; it carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty for household use. The Ascent series uses the Interlock container system with SELF-DETECT; the A2500i carries a 10-year warranty with three programs, the A3500i a 10-year warranty with five programs and a touchscreen.
  • What is the minimum blending quantity for the Vitamix Pro 750?
In the included 2.0 L Low-Profile Classic container, the minimum quantity is approximately 500 ml for liquid preparations and approximately 800 ml for thick mixtures such as smoothies with frozen fruit. In the 1.4 L Classic container (sold separately), the minimum is approximately 250 ml for liquids.
  • How hot can ingredients be in the Vitamix Pro 750?
The Classic containers are made from Tritan and are heat-resistant up to 100 °C. At higher temperatures, the material may warp. Hot soups are prepared by blending cold or lukewarm ingredients and heating them through friction — the Vitamix Pro 750 reaches temperatures of up to 80 °C in approximately 6 minutes at the highest speed setting.
  • Can I grind grains or coffee with the Vitamix Pro 750?
Grinding is only partially practical in the included 2.0 L Low-Profile Classic container — it is fitted with wet blades and is not optimized for dry grinding. For regular grinding of grains, coffee, or spices, the separately available Aer Disc container Classic or a dedicated dry-grinding container is recommended. The 1.4 L Classic container (sold separately) with its smaller footprint delivers slightly better results for small quantities.
  • How do I clean the Vitamix Pro 750?
The easiest method is the Self-Cleaning program: fill the container halfway with lukewarm water, add 1–2 drops of dish soap, and press the Self-Cleaning button — the cycle runs for about 60 seconds. Rinse the container afterwards. The Classic containers are dishwasher-safe; Vitamix recommends hand-washing to protect the Tritan material and blades. Wipe the motor base and rubber mat on top with a damp cloth.
  • Are the containers of the Vitamix Pro 750 dishwasher-safe?
Yes, the Classic containers are dishwasher-safe. However, Vitamix recommends hand-washing to protect the Tritan material and the blade assembly from long-term wear. The lid and lid plug are also hand-wash only.
  • What safety guidelines apply to the Vitamix Pro 750?
The Vitamix Pro 750 shuts off automatically when it overheats and cools down before restarting — this only occurs with very thick preparations such as dough. Use the tamper only with the lid fully seated. Before cleaning, unplug the blender and never submerge it in water.
  • Is the Vitamix Pro 750 the same as the Vitamix Professional Series 750?
Yes — "Vitamix Pro 750" is the short name for the Vitamix Professional Series 750. Both names refer to exactly the same machine with an identical motor base, Classic Mount system, and 5 preset programs.
