Vitamix Ascent A3500i Gourmet Bundle

The Gourmet Bundle is the Vitamix Ascent A3500i with the full container set — the large 2.0 L container for family-sized batches, the narrow 1.4 L container for small quantities, and the 600 ml container to take with you.

The reason for a second container size is simple: in the 2.0 L container, the vortex needs 500 ml of liquid to form cleanly. If you're blending for one person, the narrow 1.4 L container gets you a creamy result with less to work with. Both carry the NFC chip that the blender reads via SELF-DETECT — the program and duration adjust to whichever container is in place, without you changing anything.

How you operate it

Tap an icon — and the blender takes over. Smoothies run for 45 seconds, and Hot Soups run until friction heat brings the mixture up to 100 °C. Everything outside the five programs is covered by the built-in programmable timer: set the time, press start, done. If you want to take over yourself, you dial in the speed manually with the speed dial and press Pulse for short bursts. After blending, the machine cleans itself in 60 seconds — water, a drop of dish soap, start the program.

Who it's for

For anyone who wants to cover both quantities from the start, instead of buying the second container later. Interlock containers fit exclusively on Ascent blenders and are not compatible with Explorian or Professional models.
