How to use it

Turn left for the professionals, turn right for the artists — the dial in the centre splits the Pro 750's world in two. Turn left to choose one of five programs (Smoothie, Frozen Dessert, Hot Soup, Purée, Self-Cleaning), which then run fully automatically: press start, and the blender does the rest. Turn right and you control it yourself, with variable speed from 1 to 10. The Pulse switch on the left always works at the speed you've set on the dial — not at maximum. That's not less power, it's more control: this lets you chop firm ingredients precisely or portion frozen fruit, without starting at full throttle. A genuine on/off switch ensures the device only works when you want it to.

The 2.0-litre low-profile container is made from Tritan and is heat-resistant up to 99 °C.
