The Vitamix Pro 750 is a blender with five program settings and tactile controls — for anyone who blends daily and prefers a dial over a touchscreen.

A dial in the centre, two toggle switches to the left and right, plus a real on/off switch with a splash guard: the controls work reliably even with damp or floury hands. The five programs cover Smoothies, Frozen Desserts, Hot Soups, Purées and Self-Cleaning — for everything in between you have variable speed control from 1 to 10 and the Pulse feature. You get it from Vitamix Europe as the official distributor, with a 7-year manufacturer's warranty for household use.

Your benefits

  • 5 program settings: Smoothies, Frozen Desserts, Hot Soups, Purées and Self-Cleaning run through fully automatically.
  • Tactile controls: dial, toggle switches and a real on/off switch — no touchscreen.
  • Pulse with control: it works at the speed you have selected on the dial, not at maximum.
  • 2.0 L Low-Profile Explorian container: flat design, fits under standard kitchen cabinets.
  • 7-year manufacturer's warranty for household use on the motor.

How you operate it

Anticlockwise for the professionals, clockwise for the artists — the dial in the centre splits the world of the Pro 750 into two halves. Turn it anticlockwise to select one of five programs (Smoothie, Frozen Dessert, Hot Soup, Purée, Self-Cleaning), which then run through fully automatically: press start and the blender does the rest. Turn it clockwise and you control the speed yourself, variably from 1 to 10. The Pulse switch on the left always works at the speed you have set on the dial — not at maximum. That is not less power, it is more control: this way you chop firm ingredients precisely or portion frozen fruit without starting at full throttle. A real on/off switch makes sure the machine only runs when you want it to.

Vitamix 2.0 litre Low-Profile Explorian container

The 2.0 litre low-profile container is made of Tritan, is BPA-free and heat-resistant up to 100 °C. A wide base and four long blade wings create the vortex that keeps pulling the ingredients back down — the basis for creamy smoothies. The flat design fits under standard kitchen cabinets. The minimum quantity is approx. 500 ml for liquids and approx. 800 ml for solids. The container uses the classic mount system (Classic) — no SELF-DETECT, no Interlock.

Who it's for

The Pro 750 suits you if you blend green smoothies, soups and frozen desserts every day and don't want to think about timing — press start, done. Internationally, the model is also known as the Vitamix Professional Series 750: identical in construction, with the same Classic mount system and 2.0 litre container. The housing is available in Pearl Gray.

FAQs

  • Which containers fit the Vitamix Pro 750?
The Vitamix Pro 750 uses the Classic mount system. The 2.0 L Low-Profile Classic container is included. Additional compatible containers: the 2.0 L Classic container (tall), the 1.4 L Classic container, and the Aer Disc container Classic. Interlock containers from the Ascent series are not compatible with the Pro 750.
  • What sets the Vitamix Pro 750 apart from the Ascent series (A2500i, A3500i)?
All three blenders have a 1,200–1,400 W motor. The difference lies in the container system, programs, and warranty: the Pro 750 uses Classic containers (no SELF-DETECT, no Interlock lid detection) and has five preset programs; it carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty for household use. The Ascent series uses the Interlock container system with SELF-DETECT; the A2500i carries a 10-year warranty with three programs, the A3500i a 10-year warranty with five programs and a touchscreen.
  • What is the minimum blending quantity for the Vitamix Pro 750?
In the included 2.0 L Low-Profile Classic container, the minimum quantity is approximately 500 ml for liquid preparations and approximately 800 ml for thick mixtures such as smoothies with frozen fruit. In the 1.4 L Classic container (sold separately), the minimum is approximately 250 ml for liquids.
  • How hot can ingredients be in the Vitamix Pro 750?
The Classic containers are made from Tritan and are heat-resistant up to 100 °C. At higher temperatures, the material may warp. Hot soups are prepared by blending cold or lukewarm ingredients and heating them through friction — the Vitamix Pro 750 reaches temperatures of up to 80 °C in approximately 6 minutes at the highest speed setting.
  • Can I grind grains or coffee with the Vitamix Pro 750?
Grinding is only partially practical in the included 2.0 L Low-Profile Classic container — it is fitted with wet blades and is not optimized for dry grinding. For regular grinding of grains, coffee, or spices, the separately available Aer Disc container Classic or a dedicated dry-grinding container is recommended. The 1.4 L Classic container (sold separately) with its smaller footprint delivers slightly better results for small quantities.
  • How do I clean the Vitamix Pro 750?
The easiest method is the Self-Cleaning program: fill the container halfway with lukewarm water, add 1–2 drops of dish soap, and press the Self-Cleaning button — the cycle runs for about 60 seconds. Rinse the container afterwards. The Classic containers are dishwasher-safe; Vitamix recommends hand-washing to protect the Tritan material and blades. Wipe the motor base and rubber mat on top with a damp cloth.
  • Are the containers of the Vitamix Pro 750 dishwasher-safe?
Yes, the Classic containers are dishwasher-safe. However, Vitamix recommends hand-washing to protect the Tritan material and the blade assembly from long-term wear. The lid and lid plug are also hand-wash only.
  • What safety guidelines apply to the Vitamix Pro 750?
The Vitamix Pro 750 shuts off automatically when it overheats and cools down before restarting — this only occurs with very thick preparations such as dough. Use the tamper only with the lid fully seated. Before cleaning, unplug the blender and never submerge it in water.
  • Is the Vitamix Pro 750 the same as the Vitamix Professional Series 750?
Yes — "Vitamix Pro 750" is the short name for the Vitamix Professional Series 750. Both names refer to exactly the same machine with an identical motor base, Classic Mount system, and 5 preset programs.
