The specifically shaped blades also handle bread dough — add flour, water, and yeast, and the blender simulates kneading and delivers fully worked dough ready to bake.

The Ascent recognizes a Dry Grains container when set in place and adjusts the program runtime accordingly. Measuring scale on the container (ml and cup), drip-free pouring spout for clean emptying. To clean, a drop of dish soap with warm water and a short blending pass is all it takes — clean in 30 to 60 seconds.
