How you operate it

Three programs, ten speeds, one hand — the central speed dial does both at once: turn left to select a program, turn right to set the speed. The three program settings run once you let them; the ten manual speeds respond as soon as you take over yourself. You start and stop blending with the start/stop toggle switch on the right, and get short bursts with the Pulse toggle switch on the left.
