Analogue controls for the Pro 750

There is a moment in every kitchen when your hands are full: flour sticking to your fingers, the soup needs one final blend right now — and nobody wants to hunt for a touchscreen. The Pro Series is the answer: a dial with a 1 to 10 scale, two toggle switches, five programmes as dial positions. The control panel is angled so splashes run off before they can seep in. More tool than appliance.

The current model is the Vitamix Pro 750, which ships with a 2.0-litre Low-Profile container and a pulse function that operates at the selected speed. The Classic Mount system is compatible with all Classic containers and Vitamix legacy machines; Interlock containers do not fit. Seven-year manufacturer's warranty for private use.
