About Vitamix Europe — Who We Are
Vitamix Europe is the official online shop for original Vitamix blenders in Europe, operated by Bruce Kitchen GmbH, based in Berlin. We have been an authorized distributor of Vita-Mix Corporation (Cleveland, Ohio, USA) since 2026.
Our Sales Territory
Under our distribution agreement, we ship directly to end customers in 20 European countries from Germany:
Germany as well as Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, San Marino, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Cyprus.
Shipping is handled centrally from Germany. Details on delivery times and shipping costs can be found in our shipping policy.
Service, advice, and warranty handling are fully managed by us in Europe — you do not need to contact the USA in the event of a warranty claim.
Our Relationship with Vitamix
"Vitamix" and "Vita-Mix" are registered trademarks of Vita-Mix Corporation in the USA. Bruce Kitchen GmbH was appointed as an authorized distributor for the European sales territory listed above in 2026. This means:
- All blenders available from us are original Vitamix products, sourced directly from the manufacturer.
- We process warranty claims across our entire sales territory.
- Service and advice are provided locally from Berlin — in German and English.
What Sets Us Apart
Original, direct from the manufacturer. Every blender, every container, and every accessory comes from official Vitamix supply chains — not from third-party sellers or parallel importers.
Manufacturer warranty: 5 to 10 years, depending on the model. We handle all service across our entire European sales territory.
Management
Markus Wesseloh and Alexander Falk lead Bruce Kitchen GmbH and are responsible for Vitamix distribution in Europe.
