We deliver your order quickly and reliably with DHL – directly to your chosen address. Shipping to Germany and all EU countries we serve is free of charge – with no minimum order value. For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, a flat-rate shipping fee applies.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online with DHL at any time.
Shipments are handled by DHL Paket (domestic) and DHL Paket International (EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein). DHL offsets transport emissions through its GoGreen programme.
In many European countries, a local Vitamix partner serves you directly. From our shop, we currently do not ship to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden or Spain.
Ireland and some other countries outside our delivery region are not yet part of our shipping area – we are working on this.
