Shipping and Delivery
We ship your order quickly and reliably with DHL – directly to your address. Shipping costs are based on the destination country.

All prices include applicable VAT.
* Customs and import duties outside the EU: Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may incur additional customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees. These are payable by the recipient directly to the customs authority or the carrier and are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery times
- Germany: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 5–10 business days after dispatch (depending on customs clearance)
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email. You can track the status of your delivery online with DHL at any time.
Shipping partner
Shipping is handled by DHL Paket (domestic) and DHL Paket International (EU, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein). Delivery is climate-neutral under DHL's GoGreen standard.
Countries we don't currently ship to
Due to contractual agreements with our manufacturer Vitamix Corporation, we cannot currently ship directly from our shop to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and other countries outside our delivery region.
