All series, one standard
Vitamix was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1921 — by a family convinced that good nutrition starts with good tools.
Today, over a hundred years later, Vitamix still builds in the USA — assembled and tested in Ohio, still family-owned, and every blender is still checked by hand before it ships.
What sets a Vitamix apart from every other blender isn't just performance — it's the consistency behind it. A high-performance blender doesn't just make smoothies. It makes hot soup from the friction heat of the blades. It grinds whole grains into fine flour. It makes almond butter, crushes ice into powder snow, and emulsifies dressings in seconds. And it does that every day, year after year — backed by up to ten years' manufacturer's warranty for household use.
You can reach us in Berlin — for questions about your machine, for accessories, for spare parts, for warranty claims. Everything is handled directly by us, without detours via the USA or external call centres.
We know every model we sell from using it ourselves. That means concrete answers instead of standard templates — whether you need advice before you buy or support years later.
As official Vitamix distribution partners, we ship directly from our central warehouse in Germany — from the Explorian E310 to the Ascent A3500i. Our aim is a service that leaves no question unanswered: short delivery times, personal advice at eye level, and a warranty process you don't have to chase yourself. We're with you from your first decision on the right model to long after your purchase — reliable, knowledgeable, and direct from Germany.
