Warranty terms

Vita-Mix Corporation (Cleveland, Ohio, USA) is manufacturer and warranty grantor. Bruce Kitchen GmbH (Berlin) handles warranty processing for buyers within the European distribution territory (see below).

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

When you buy a complete blender, the model warranty covers the motor base and all parts included in the box. The warranty covers private household use only. For commercial applications (gastronomy, juice bars, catering), Vitamix offers a separate Commercial line with its own commercial warranty.

Distribution territory

This warranty is handled by Bruce Kitchen GmbH for buyers residing or based in the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

Outside this territory, please contact your local Vitamix distributor or Vita-Mix Corporation directly.

How to file a claim

Complaints and warranty processing are handled via our complaint form. We review the case and contact you within one business day.

Submit a complaint

You'll need: 18-digit serial number (photo, underside of motor base) and proof of purchase. If no proof of purchase is available, we use the production date derived from the serial number as the warranty start. In valid warranty cases, Bruce Kitchen GmbH covers shipping costs in both directions. Repair or replacement is typically completed within 30 days.
