A creamy breakfast smoothie with oat milk, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, and frozen blueberries. The combination of protein and fiber makes it a balanced meal that keeps you full until lunch.

    Add all ingredients to the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

    Start the Smoothie program, or turn the blender on at the lowest speed and ramp quickly to the highest. Blend for 40 to 50 seconds and use the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Note

You can adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup and add cinnamon to taste. Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a vanilla-flavored milk or yogurt works well too. Optionally garnish the smoothie with a pinch of cinnamon and a few fresh blueberries.
