This Strawberry Frosé combines rosé wine with frozen strawberries and ice into a refreshing frozen cocktail. Blended in less than a minute, the recipe can be varied with different fruits.

    Add all ingredients to the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

    Start the blender at the lowest speed and ramp quickly to the highest. Blend for 45 to 55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

    Pour into cocktail glasses and serve.

Chef's Note

You can replace the strawberries with frozen watermelon, peach slices, raspberries, or a combination of different fruits. For a stronger cocktail, add 120 ml of vodka or tequila. Taste and adjust sweetness and lemon or lime juice as needed. Frozen fruit is just as nutritious as fresh. If you use fresh ripe strawberries, freeze them about an hour before blending. Taste before sweetening — you may not need any added sweetener at all.
